Under the CC&R, residents are allotted two (2) parking spaces only and may have no more than two (2) vehicles on the premises, which must be parked in their designated spots as indicated by house number on this map and marked on the stalls themselves.

Visitor spots are those that have not been numbered. All visitors must park in non-numbered spots. Residents with extended visitors must notify the HOA of the dates and vehicle info (make, model, license plate number) via the website with this form to avoid being booted and/or towed.

Violators of these parking regulations are subject to towing, at their expense.
