Anyone staying over night should have a temporary parking permit placed on their dashboard of the vehicle. This form creates the permit and sends copies to both Axiom and the HOA Board for their record. Please help us keep our community safe.

All visitors must park in an unnumbered parking stall.
This temporary visitor parking permit is valid for 72 hours from when it is activated (Start Date).
It is the responsibility of the Association Member hosting a visiting guest to inform them of any rules, notifications or other information that may affect parking in a visitor stall.
The Association Member is also the responsible party for any infraction of any rules of their guests.
