Meeting was called to order. David welcomed everyone that had logged into the meeting. Members of the board introduced themselves.

1. Review survey results - purpose of the survey
   Hiring a full-time grounds maintenance person
   • Why
     More than just lawncare and snow removal
     Part time seasonal help
     Dumpster Enclosures
2. Answer question about internet option for security
3. AI is not the current AI developing, but a set of routers that communicate with each other to
   optimize usage of channels to keep signals strong. By creating this network, we end up with a hidden network
   the HOA can use to setup a network of security cameras.
